This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Evoja ("we," "us," or "our") respect privacy of
its users ("user" or "you") that use our applications (the "Service")
that are obtainable directly from us or from the Atlassian Marketplace
and operate as add-ons for Atlassian applications.
The following Privacy Policy ("Policy") is designed to inform you,
as a user of the Service, about the types of information that
Evoja may gather about or collect from you in connection with your use of the Service.
Definitions
Add-on
A bundle of code, resources and configuration files that can be used
with a Service to add new functionality or to change the behavior of that product's existing features.
Cloud Services
Software as a service ("SaaS") solutions provided by us.
Content
Any information or data that you upload, submit, post, create, transmit, store or display in the Service.
Downloadable Products
Our downloadable software products and mobile applications that are installed by customers on an infrastructure of their choice.
Information
All of the different forms of data, content, and information collected by us as described in this Privacy Policy.
Personal Data
Information relating to an identified or a directly or indirectly identifiable natural person,
such as: name, address, email address, phone number, IP address or location data.
Personal Data that has been anonymized such that
it does not allow for the ready identification of specific individuals is no longer considered Personal Data.
The Information We Collect About You
Account and Profile information

When you register to use the Service,
we collect the personal information you provide us,
including your name and email address.
We may also collect information that you provide
to Atlassian and which Atlassian sends to us on your behalf.

When you contact us directly, such as when you contact our Customer Support team,
we will receive the contents of your message or any attachments you may send to us,
as well as any additional information you choose to provide.
Personal Information received through use of Atlassian API
We don’t store Personal Information provided within responses for calls to Atlassian API
Other information
We collect and store Content that you create, input, submit, post, upload, transmit,
store or display in the process of using our Cloud Services.
If you purchase a Service that will be hosted on your server (Downloadable product),
Evoja does not collect any information from the device it is installed upon.
How we do use information we collect
We use the information we collect about you
(including Personal Data to the extent applicable)
for a variety of purposes, including to:

To provide our Service to you, to communicate with you about your use of our Service,
to respond to your inquiries, and for other customer service purposes.

For marketing and promotional purposes, to the extent permitted by law and, where required, with your consent.
For example, we may use your information, such as your email address,
to send you news and newsletters, special offers, and promotions,
or to otherwise contact you about products or information we think may interest you.
We also may use the information that we learn about you to assist us
in advertising our services on third party websites.
You can opt-out of receiving marketing at any time as described below.

both on an aggregated and individualized basis,
in order to improve our Service and respond to user desires and preferences,
and for other analytical purposes.

suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person

Aggregate and De-Identified Information.
We may share aggregate or de-identified information - so that
it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual - with third parties for marketing, advertising,

however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your personal information will be subject to this Policy.

Service Providers.
We may disclose the information we collect from you to third party vendors, service providers,
contractors or agents who perform functions on our behalf,
such as providers of hosting, email communication, customer support services, analytics,
marketing, and advertising,based on our instructions,
and in compliance with this policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Business Transfers. If we are acquired by or merged with another company,
if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company,
or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding or reorganization,
we will give affected users notice before transferring any personal information to a new entity.

we collect from you in order to comply with the law, a judicial proceeding,
court order, or other legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena.
Do not track policy
We do not track our user activities.
Accordingly, the Service does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals or mechanisms.
